Wine storage is where this climate does its clearest damage. A wine cabinet holds 39 to 65 F rather than 38 F, so its compressor has an easier target and a smaller margin: the system is sized for that narrow duty, and a condenser that cannot reject heat into a hot room pushes the cabinet out of range faster than it would a refrigerator.
That is the same condenser story as everywhere else on this site, which is why the cleaning interval matters at least as much on a wine cabinet as on a built-in refrigerator.

The Designer wine columns come in 18, 24 and 30 inch widths as the DEC1850W, DEC2450W and DEC3050W, with the DET3050WR as a tall model. They are integrated into joinery, so clearance and airflow around the cabinet are part of the diagnosis rather than an afterthought.
Sub-Zero DEU undercounter wine storage
The undercounter wine cabinets are 15 and 24 inches wide, all 23-1/8 inches deep, standing 34-1/2 inches high with an ADA variant at 32-1/2 inches. Because they sit under a worktop, the airflow path is easy to close off during a kitchen refit and the cabinet then runs warm for reasons that have nothing to do with the sealed system.

Sub-Zero states that red and white wines can both be stored in either zone, so a dual zone cabinet holding one zone correctly and the other warm is reporting a real fault rather than a configuration mistake. Take both zone readings before you call and we can usually narrow it before the visit.
Sub-Zero wine storage repair, and how it differs from a fridge
The parts are familiar, the tolerances are not. The same compressor, condenser, evaporator and fan motors appear, but a wine cabinet is judged on holding a band rather than hitting a number, and vibration and stability matter in a way they never do on a refrigerator.
